First few levels were alright, it didn't really bring anything new and the level designs were very basic. Some elements didn't really fit in well...

I spent ages on level 9, trying to figure out what to do. I saw the lift so I assumed it was there to lift the box into the gate above or something... I eventually noticed the slight green gradient that hardy showed up on my screen then it was just... throw the block down and awkwardly slot it in. The lift just slowed things down.

Level 10 just changed the game too quickly, from moving from point A to point B without any danger followed by turrets and moving spikes? This game could use some beta testing.

Other then all that though, the game did give me a bit of nostalgia. It reminded me of some old games that I need to have a quick search for.

Playdor responds:

Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback. Very helpful.

It was kinda boring up until the vegeta boss (Where I gained an excuse for wall jumping)

Gameplay wise, the bosses seemed to be getting better. Sadly I had to stop playing as the game crashed after I beat the flying woman.

For me the game falls flat on the animations, a lot of them are just random shots at things that were popular a while back. They felt quite crude and seemed to make fun of stuff I generally like in a petty way (Some of the stuff is just based on opinion like the Dragonball-P stuff, I found the animation funny. While other stuff just repeats what half the internet says, it was actually quite rare for me to agree to it)

I do like the 'idea' of animations as it made me want to play on. I was sadly disappointed at it's execution... however the feel of the game was responsive and I had fun bouncing around on the walls avoiding vegeta's head/ a random floating lady! I would of given it more marks if it didn't crash/ the animations didn't get on my nerves every level.

thinking-man responds:

Did you try it on hard?

It's more based off of luck then anything else... I lasted 5 seconds as my ship was instantly pulled into a gas giant. I played it a few times and eventually started to get items before I came across 5 planets that obliterated me.

The combat was also frequent and long without much reward. I think there's more to this game then I'm seeing as I did come across a battle that had a better AI and it was more maze like, but I couldn't stand getting blown up via random event again.

There is a controls page that I skimmed over on my second playthrough. I thought there might be some form of ingame tutorial that would of started me off.

All in all, I would like this game allot more if it had more features in it that stop random insta-kills and had some form of tutorial at the start.

Wolod responds:

It was intended to be so random because game was made for Procedural Death Jam. I wanted to create a mix of an exploration and a board game with dices and stuff.

I remember playing this game a while ago, it was fun then and it's fun now ;D Any reason for the reupload though?

Anyway, enjoyed seeing this again ^_^

I just wanted to make a good remake of my fist game, I liked the idea, but three years ago I couldn't make it like this...I am glad you enjoyed it....again!

Loved this game, I swear I saw it on here a little while back though xD Either that or it was on another site, haha ;D

Awesome game, glad I got to play it again ^_^

Chaz responds:

Thanks...yeah, this is it's first time on NG :)

Nice! I'm not usually into football but I actually really enjoyed this. There were a few moments where I almost flipped my keyboard as I watched my character get dribbled around, but it made it all the more better when I won 2-1 :D Nice work

jacklehamster responds:

To quote coach Bernar Tapo, "It wouldn't be rewarding if it was so easy." ;-)

It looks fun, I like the way you get revived, but it's quite annoying to play. Most of the problem stems from the jump height, tapping the key shouldn't shoot you insanely high in these kind of games. The jump height needs to be controlled by the player more (Hold the key to go higher).

I noticed you used box colliders for the player (And circular colliders for the balls I assume?), which is fine, but it might be better to make them more forgiving when jumping (Smaller then the player);P People won't mind a slight over lap, it would in fact make it more exciting ("Wow, I just barely dodged that" Rather then "That didn't hit me!")

Oh, I adore the happy guy in the top right btw, he rules XD

hicham responds:

Thanks! the Hitboxes should be fixed now

Love it! Although you didn't make it very clear that you could 'Challenge' other peoples games xD I found out by accident (Such an awesome idea!)

Loved it ;P

axcho responds:

Haha, thanks, yeah that challenge feature pushed the game's release date back a lot once I thought of it. Glad you found it! ;)

Semed like a good game XD but it started crashing at doors/ save spots. I was using the inventory to by pass this but eventually I found a door that wouldn't let me enter D:

Ima gonna go try again

Muja responds:

I just wonder why this kind of bugs never occur while I'm playing.
I'll have to work on it a lot more. Certain scripts are true brain-teasers.

Thank you for pointing that out!
And for the review!

teh edn wuz gd.

squidly responds:

ye i thnk so 2.

I'm new to flash... but i'd like to hear from scripts/ collabs/ help/ partnerships/ anything! You don't need flash to write a script ^-^ That's really all i have to say...
